Every time we stay in Chiang Mai, like to stay here. The staff are great, managed the parking on site. It boasts stunning, very convenience location very close to Sunday market as well as the river. The restaurant serves EXCELLENT Thai food.

All in all, it was easy base for travelling to Chiang Mai. The food was affordable with variety of choice! The staff were accommodating and amicable and the location was nice in downstairs cafe: )

Disappointing aspect was very dirty bathroom.

The hotel was located really close to a very good quite area of the city, and mini lotuss/night market. The location was stunning for me, to the bus terminal.

The units are extremely spacious for 8 beds. The hotel offers marvellous location in front of the river in the south gate. They serve cheap food, have variety of options to choose from.

Great location, close to the Saturday market, city center, and the river near the south gate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. 😊

The blankets and pillows were cozy and made for a good night's sleep. The rooftop terrace had a great kitchen with all the amenities needed for cooking. We also appreciated the small lockers provided for our valuables.

The showers were not very clean and could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. there were no lockers available for our big bags, forcing us to keep them on the floor or on the bed.
